Romey is a minor character seen in Planet Terror.
He is portrayed by Julio Oscar Mechoso.
Planet Terror[]
Romey is seen at the military base in the begining of the film as Abby and Lt. Muldoon arrives. Romey was suppose to secure three test subjects. Unfortunately, they had escaped under his care. As punishment, Abby dismembers him and then shoots him dead.

Abby is his employer, it is unknown if he is a loyal employee since the Sickos had escaped.

It's possible that he knows Muldoon.
