Earl leaves the police station and heads for his home. He is seen feeding his wife, Romona. Then, Sheriff Hague calls him and asks for his assistance. As he is about to feed Romana once more, she is turned into a Sicko. Her death is not shown but when Dakota arrives with Tony, a lot of blood is seen covering the walls.
