Dr. Felix is seen in the operating room as Block is tending to Joe. He explains the unusual patients returning from Iraq (the patients are likely to be infected by the DC2 or some other bio-chemical product.) Dr. Felix then shows Block the large amount of patients in the waiting room, they all seem to have the same viral infection as Joe. Block then states that it would be better if they go home, Block then goes to retrieve Dakota.
Dr. Felix wasn't seen after that.
